At Crevette Design Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Crevette packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
